      The opportunities in the company are endless with the only limitation being your own potential. Pay is at the higher end and there are no "max out pay" in the company.

      Pros

      Been here for a year. Pay and benefits are good. Great guys to work with and are always willing to help and make sure you understand what needs to be done. Room for advancement even though it's a small company.

      Cons

      They could be in a bigger building. Space is limited with all the machines and processes that they do.
