      Pros

      State of the art cnc machines.

      Cons

      Management is absolutely degrading. You are constantly talked down to and threatened with being let go. There is no respect here. If they decide they don't want you there anymore, they make your job miserable. They try to make you quit, so they won't have to pay unemployment. The other review on here is 100 % accurate.

      I honestly can’t say anything good about working for this company. If management was different it would be a great company.

      Cons

      Absolutely the worst place I have worked. Very negative and degrading manager. Spoke rudely to everyone and very negative. I was mentally, emotionally and physically drained from working with such a negative attitude person who you couldn’t please and quick to blame others for his mistakes and lack of communication. Mistakes are unacceptable. Your health isn’t worth working at this place. Pay isn’t worth being degraded. Work atmosphere is horrible.

      Owners difficult to work for

      challenging, cool interesting product. They have some of the best cnc equipment for their line of work.

      Cons

      The owners are the management, unreasonable to work for. Main owner yells and cusses at employees.
