Pros
A genuinely supportive and welcoming team. There are always opportunities to learn, develop your skills and work with a variety of clients and projects. Whenever I’ve needed support whether personally or professionally, M3 has been understanding and has truly looked after me. I’d highly recommend M3 to anyone looking to join a growing company with real opportunities.

Pros
Somewhat flexible work-from-home policy, nice modern office space, lovely reception staff (though they’re not part of the company), and genuinely good coffee.
Cons
The company promotes flexibility but often uses it against employees. There’s a clear sense of “favourites,” which affects opportunities and morale. Support and training are minimal, and onboarding is practically non-existent. If you need upgraded equipment, such as a better laptop, prepare for a long wait. The pace is extremely fast, but there aren’t enough staff to handle the workload, leading to stress and burnout.
