      During my time working as a professional, I found the manager to be very friendly and supportive, offering ample space for personal and professional growth. The team members were also very collaborative, fostering an environment that encouraged career development and continuous improvement.

      There are significant challenges with workload management. Employees are often expected to handle multiple projects simultaneously, which can be overwhelming.
