Salaries are above average in field and there is no micro managing.
Cons
.... there's little to no management or managerial support. Very sink or swim, which may be fine of they hired qualified people... which they mostly don't. Owner is a megalomaniac who likes to think he knows people but instead exercises his power to manipulate and control people. Real POS.
