This is a personal looting company of the Hungarian ZEISS CEO Bela F., so you could make him more richer if you go there to work, not for your advancement. The company is full of young, inexperienced, boastful people who call themselves architects. The HR is terrible. They are even played in the gray zone with my former ZEISS account for tenders, months after I quit.
