Disappointed - Horrible leadership. No Culture.

Pros

Discounts on product. Working in the motorcycle industry and getting to work with cool brands on a daily basis. Casual work attire.

Cons

Horrible work environment. No culture, the leadership team has no clue how employees really feel about them. The company's core values are not embodied by the people that wrote them. The president is clueless on the motorcycle industry and how to build culture or develop people. They have restricted company travel, no budget to do anything, health benefits are subpar. So much potential lost all by bad leadership.

Cool industry, some really great people, ample parking

Cons

The current leadership is a gift to consultants and competitors. They are running out of people to throw under the bus for their failures and are pretty much owned by the consultants that now advise them. A sad state of affairs.

If you want to work for a motorcycle company this looks like one at face value.

Cons

No soul, vanilla culture, fake people especially at the top and do not get the motorcycle customer. They laid off a big group of people right before Christmas.
