Pros

Not really any to be honest

Cons

The company has an extremely poor culture and mostly because of the people. Extremely poor levels of communication or collaboration in the company. The husband and wife at the top of the chain is a very poor combination. The wife has no place being in any form of leadership position in any business (no not because of their sex) because they do not have the skills to perform the role and are a terrible leader, but anyone who challenges this will be let go immediately. The same goes for the wider business, they believe that they are so perfect, that if you highlight a problem in the business, they will twist it and make it out to be a problem with you. Finally, they claim to be focused on patients & employee well-being. Well, it’s a well known fact that this company has pushed people into having breakdowns and when the people have tried to seek support from the business due to their actions, they have been abused and bullied out of the business by leadership. Avoid this company at absolutely all costs

Thank you for your review. I am sorry to hear of your experience and as the new CEO (since April 2022, and I know that you left before I started, despite your review being placed in September '22), I am addressing many issues including implementing a new leadership structure and a new HR strategy. MAP is no longer a founder led business and the culture is improving. We have appointed a new Chief of People Officer to ensure our staff stay front and centre stage of our business. I am happy to have a further conversation off line, please email enquiries@mappatientaccess.com and we can set up a meeting. I am sorry your experience was negative. The leadership team and I are committed to making positive changes throughout the business.

Pros

Flexible hours and remote working

Cons

Culture is terrible. They try to pretend it’s changed, but it hasn’t. It’s such a toxic workplace. Staff are not treated with respect and promotions are not done in a logical or explained manner. Lots of staff have left very high turnover. HR director is the typical protect the company but can’t even fake empathy and you’d get more from a piece of sushi. If you value your mental health and self worth, avoid. It’s very much of your face fits with MAP.
