Great clients. Convenient for commutes. May get to travel… cheaply. Can help your resume.
Cons
Very unprofessional & often unethical. Weak internal communication for such a small company. There is no management, mentorship or human resources, so mistreatment of employees by leadership has no consequences. They become an “affordable” agency to clients by making inexperienced staff do unreasonable things outside of their job scope in impossible turnaround times, then blame them for “failing”. Expected to work nights/weekends with short notice and no compensation. No growth prospects and low pay. Punitive if you leave for growth elsewhere.
