      Pros

      There are some good, very dedicated people at this company who overcome, for the most part, the inept management.

      Cons

      Scattered focus on directives for work ... chaos management structure ... everyone makes fun of the CEO behind his back ... he's lazy, self ingratiating, overly self important, ego maniacal, screaming control freak ...

      Pros

      At least it is exciting.

      Cons

      Top of management micromanages even the lowest level of employees in the front office, frequently changes decisions, doesn't listen to advice of any other employee (upper management or otherwise) and then blames everyone else when projects don't go according to plan or over cost.

      Wide allowance for creativity in the office. Limited direct supervision. Management accommodating to personal needs.

      Cons

      Minimal guidance from leadership. Very low morale and employee culture. Some employees across all departments share being unhappy with management.
