Pros
Best place to learn about software development, after graduation. Employer is open to every new possibility of what tech to use, if you have an opinion about some tech and want to bring it in project, they will mostly accept your opinion if you have a good reason and have responsibility for that. Great for work life balance. You can also do remote work from home if you can't go to office that day.
Cons
Mid - minimum salary. Not a great place to work about your career.
