      Pros

      - Wages are based on a leveling system, anyone can ask to level up and do a little skills interview that's very reasonable to pass. Level one is 12/hr, two is 13/hr, three is 14/hr, four is 15/hr. - Great learning environment - Networking with their clients is encouraged and many apprentices are hired out by clients theyve worked with. - Insanely flexible - great atmosphere

      Cons

      - You are working with beginners so some projects come with a lot of "Baggage" in terms of the code you "inherit" but thats to be expected with this model and is fine. - Some small projects don't receive the management that bigger ones get

      Pros

      They will hire you with no prior experience. The co-workers will go out of their way to make sure you learn. The management also really cares that you succeed. They also really encourage you to interview and find a better job.

      Cons

      It can be overwhelming if you have no prior experience in this field, but again, it is made up by the fact that everyone is so helpful

      Great place to get entry level experience

      Pros

      Learn by doing! Get hired with no experience, and quickly get a number of different experiences in all aspects of the tech field. Add these experiences to a resume, and then get help in getting hired elsewhere to really take off on a career in tech. Its amazing!

      Cons

      If you don't enjoy self-paced learning, or struggling to solve problems, this might not be for you. Otherwise its a fantastic place to work, grow, and succeed.
