It's a typical company with nothing exceptional. and some Employees are friendly, get paid on time
Cons
In a highly toxic environment; some employees require actual psychiatric treatment due to what they endure. The titled managers don't empower you; it's as if they own the employees. Gossip is rampant without shame. Salaries are below market rates, while some individuals receive exorbitant salaries without clear contributions to the company—they're merely a spectacle. No one takes full responsibility; everyone shifts the blame onto others.
