      The salary is roughly fair

      Cons

      Since the merge, there have been two rounds of mass layoffs and such significant attrition that the company really felt it. Most of the knowledge has left. Now, everything is driven by foolish decisions, customers don’t matter, and internal employees are being fired so they can hire people from external companies for the same roles.
