Pros

Good salary although never balanced, different team members on from 30K to 42K. Working from home.

Cons

Constant redundancies. Poor management that offer to support you even if you want to leave then take it personally when you do. Lawyers letters threatening court action if you leave and stay in the industry. Cut staff and put pressure on the ones that are left. Expect you to go above and beyond then only offer more money and false progress when you decide to leave. Sales team never held accountable and have the wrong people in the wrong positions.

Pros

Hardly any other than my co workers.

Cons

Imagine yourself stranded on the ocean. You’re in a boat with 8 to 10 others just lucky to be safe in the boat. However, THE longer you float, the more miserable you become. All you’re hoping for is a speck of land to get out of the boat!!! Eight years I was in that same boat and finally fortunate enough to escape!!
