      Pros

      Good salary although never balanced, different team members on from 30K to 42K. Working from home.

      Cons

      Constant redundancies. Poor management that offer to support you even if you want to leave then take it personally when you do. Lawyers letters threatening court action if you leave and stay in the industry. Cut staff and put pressure on the ones that are left. Expect you to go above and beyond then only offer more money and false progress when you decide to leave. Sales team never held accountable and have the wrong people in the wrong positions.

      People are Really nice and will assist you when you need it

      IT Department is ran directly from America and europe refuse to make any changes according to best practices if it never came from America. for a company turning a profit they are constantly Cutting corners in the attempt to Save £1 which continues to come back to bite them. IT department are underfunded and refuse to replace ageing equipment their idea of investment is to bring people in to support the mess that's there. you are often told that " that's not your job" despite being hired to do that job,
