- The worst workplace I’ve ever worked for, no on board training, no systems in place - Manages treat direct reports terribly with clear favouritism towards some individuals. - People talk badly behind everyone’s back - No visibility over what’s going on in the team, a lot of secrecy about team projects with only a select few being allowed to know - Extremely last-minute tasks and projects, especially when the CEO changes things at the last minute - No recognition for good work - No support from your direct manager. It’s basically funding for yourself out her in a workplace full of really rude people.

Everything else. No onboarding, terrible IT systems, no one took a lunch break and it was looked down upon if you did. No flexibility. Forced to come into the office during covid. Direct manager would throw me under the bus, blame her mistakes on me, had double standards for herself, would talk over others and wouldn't listen. The CEO wasn't any better, would speak about others awfully. Just a very toxic, negative environment.
