      Pros

      This company is used as a stepping stone for better opportunities in your career. that is the only pro for this company. A few years ago this company won the best managed award and it deserved it. There is a reason they haven't gotten it since.

      Cons

      Work hard lots of projects. Company politics will prevent any promotion. Working late in house or on site and 90 percent of the time you won't get paid for any overtime . It is to ensure that on paper the company is on budget. Recently a lot of talented people have left and the company is on a decline. My only advice stay clear of this company.

      Thank you for the feedback. It provides us with an opportunity to do better. A few facts to correct: MDS is proud to have been a recipient of the "Best Managed" award every year since 2012. Also, employees whose overtime has been approved will be paid overtime in accordance with MDS' Overtime policy, whether in-house or on site.

      horrible place will fail in the next 2 years

      Pros

      Good place at getting experience and moving on. Unless you are well connected through office politics which makes rising up not an issue. Worked here for a very long time had tons of fun.

      Cons

      It was like a family. It was definitely a growing business. It also has way more potentials to grow just like India. India hasn't improved neither will this company. People who complaint and care about the company are either fired or removed as they are seen as competition. Depression is a word that goes hand in hand with this company. They will work you late at night not pay overtime and then when you complaint about making things better the solution is to remove the employee. Same mistakes are made again and again because when you complaint you are the troublemaker. They are also borrowing money from banks to run the company. This should give you a hint at their financial condition.

      This is really one of the best companies to work for. The environment is relaxed, people are amazing. It’s like a family. It’s definitely a growing business. It also has way more potentials to grow.
