Pros

Absolutely none. Do not work here, and understand I only gave one star because I cannot give a lower rating.

Cons

-Workolace violence -Horn bias (they'll have to research that one as they are behind the times) -Work/Life balance is non-existent -Poor leadership -No strategy -Terrible company culture -Ineffective HR (always talking about how much they have to do when you present a problem) -CDO with unchecked mental illness and possibly alcoholism. This person is also transphobic saying the pronoun "they" sounds like an animal. -This company aims to grow, but problematic leadership (see CDO comment above) enjoys burning bridges with key individuals who could be helpful to this goal (ex. Technical professionals) -Poor processes that waste time -It is common for new employees to leave after 2-3 months I have been advised to sue after my working experience here.

Based on the surveys and comments from our past and current employees, as a company, we do not condone workplace violence. All issues are dealt with and resolved the earliest possible time for a positive resolution. Defaming the characters of our employees is not our company culture and more so not tolerated. However, thank you for your feedback.

Management Falls Short in Valuing and Elevating Employees

Pros

Small company so easier to get to know most of the people

Cons

Disappointing experience characterized by a top-down management style that sidelines younger staff and neglects workplace bullying concerns. The organization appears to favor promoting senior staff over recognizing the potential of junior employees. There is no real performance evaluation system in place. There is a need for a more inclusive and merit-based approach to management. I hope the company takes this feedback seriously for a better workplace environment.

Thank you for your feedback. We will seriously look into your advice. Our company is very small in employee size so the potential for growth is high. The concern of workplace bullying should have been brought to the attention of HR as this kind of behavior is not tolerated.
