      Pros

      One of the more forward looking Japanese companies. CEO is ambitious with global vision and needs a strong team for execution. Financial advisor is very sharp and one of the key forces in making the company "global". Day to day work can be a bit mundane but that is typical of Japanese salaryman culture. Overall great culture, leaders are reasonable and the core business has a nice and consistent customer flow.

      Cons

      Pay attention to advisor and bankers more. Balance ambition/priorities with more methodical execution
