-Good environment to work if you are very good experience and easy to adapt in environment here. -Working days Monday to Friday.
Cons
The salary is still using old method it will be difficult for staff.

Fast-paced, manual handling, Fair pay of OT
Cons
Toxic staff, toxic boss, rude patient (maybe because staff rude at them first so patient mirroring their attitude)
