The work environment is so toxic here. High managers will publicly shame you on Slack channels and blame the support team for anything that goes wrong even when its they’re department that makes constant mistakes and we are stuck scrambling to fix it. They make changes without updating us then get upset that we don’t follow their “new procedure”. We have been through several managers in just a year and nothing changed we finally got a manager that was actually making changes and we were starting to improve in quality and communications and having our concerns addressed and they just let him go out of nowhere. Before they fired half of us then rehired us when they realized they made a mistake but gave us no raises in 2 years.
