      Overall, MEI is a great company. Culture is great. Teams and management understand the importance of progress while maintaining a fair work/life balance.

      Cons

      As is the case with many small biotechs in the current economic environment, investment funding is extremely tight, which considerably constrains operations and limits growth in various functions.
