      I am not happy to say it, but literally nothing.

      Cons

      Working under the current general manager felt like psychological warfare. The environment was dominated by fear, manipulation, and constant aggression. Instead of fostering growth or collaboration, leadership thrived on intimidation and micromanagement. The GM’s behavior was unprofessional and mentally exhausting, creating a culture where burnout and anxiety were the norm. Talented people don’t last here — they either quit or get pushed out. Proceed with caution.

      Family owned businesses, and they make you feel that you are the part of the family, and you feel like at home. Team is very supportive and friendly. The manager Claudia was amazing, very professional, intelligent and fair. Strong marketing and development team. Great benefits and rewards system. Company provides updated trainings that help you to succeed at your role. A lot of opportunities to grow in a company.

      I worked at Messika and found the experience to be quite challenging and stressful due to issues with management. The General Manager displayed a pattern of frustration and rudeness when things didn’t go as she liked, which created a tense and uncomfortable work environment. Additionally, there were frequent changes in plans and inconsistent communication, making it difficult to work efficiently and effectively. This lack of clear direction and stability affected the overall work atmosphere. While the company has potential, addressing these management issues could significantly improve the work experience for future employees.
