Pros

You get your salary in time, if this could be considered a benefit. Most of the low-level teammates are friendly and helpful.

Cons

The company is a case of modern-day exploitation accompanied by excessive harassment, where the CEO is an egomaniac who subscribes to outdated management styles reminiscent of the Soviet era. Despite projecting a façade of being affable, his actions reveal a tendency to deliberately subject people to harassment to maximize short-term profit. Before planned one-on-one feedback sessions, many employees expressed fear of being fired, even those whose positions were deemed difficult to replace. The CEO's toxic behavior extends to intimidating some of the employees for taking sick leave, resulting in an atmosphere of fear and burnout. The CEO's incompetence and arrogance are so pronounced that he takes credit for the achievements of others while ruthlessly blaming them for his own mistakes. Promotions are a rarity - there is only one known case from the company's first 13 years -, and employees are expected to conform to his whims and survive his micromanagement in exchange for their salaries. The situation came to a head in 2020 and 2021 when the entire marketing and sales team quit amidst the pandemic, along with one of the company's owners who had had enough. Their departures were covered up with lies and defamation. The exception to this toxic environment is the expert team and developers who are mostly kept in the dark about what is happening with other employees. It is highly advisable to seek legal advice before signing any contracts with the company. If this review wasn't enough as a warning sign, your lawyers' feedback on the contract will be... The exploitative nature of the company unfolds at every corner. In summary, the situation and Attila G.'s (CEO) behavior is similar of the Larry Ray case, where individuals were manipulated, harassed, and abused for personal gain, resulting in the destruction of lives without remorse. Co-owners are assisting in this. To become more familiar with the nature of such hidden cases, you may benefit from reading BBC's article: "Adam Britton: The ‘monster’ animal abuser who hid in plain sight - even those who knew him best had no clue crocodile expert Adam Britton was torturing dozens of dogs to death."
