I had a disappointing experience working for this company where senior management's promises didn't align with their actions. Communication between managers and employees was nonexistent, and the company only valued traders, disregarding others as disposable. Upon leaving, they made every effort to undermine and mistreat departing employees. Seek a company with transparent communication and equal treatment for all. The worst part is that they intentionally delayed the promised bonus, and when I resigned, they outright denied it, conveniently avoiding any written documentation.
