      Management is arrogant. Bosses micro-manage projects, when employees know more than them.

      The people make it feel like a family away from home.

      Cons

      As an Analyst (even though you are hired to do software development) you may be assigned to head projects where you do absolutely no development for periods up to a year.

      laid back culture, most people work there until they retire, excellent benefits and pay for Madison, WI

      Cons

      regulated industry makes it difficult to think outside the box. Upper management like to keep same processes that have existed til the end of time. Tools within the company are very antiquated. No employee resource groups so departments are very silo
