Strong development of new products and technologies. Lots of freedom to manage your own time. Strong expanding business segment
Cons
Need to adapt to regional laws and regulations. Adapt western ways of business if you want to operate here. Why only Chinese managers. Hopewith so little translated into English. Needs to listen to local employees and market more.
