Working here is genuinely rewarding. The work is challenging in the best way—you’re expected to think critically, solve real problems, and continuously learn. The mission matters, and you feel connected to improving healthcare outcomes, not just shipping features or hitting metrics. I’m surrounded by smart, driven people who care about doing things the right way, not the easy way. If you like meaningful work and intellectual stretch, this is a great place to be.

Cons

Because the work is complex and the standards are high, it’s not a low-effort environment. Things move quickly, priorities can shift, and you have to be comfortable with ambiguity. That said, the challenge is also what makes the work fulfilling
