The only challenge I encountered occurred near the end of my tenure, during a change in management. The transition process was unclear, and I did not receive a formal briefing or sufficient communication about the new expectations. A sudden shift from remote to on-site work was requested without advance notice, which created difficulties, especially given the lack of immediate childcare options. I communicated openly and professionally, seeking a collaborative solution or possible reassignment, but unfortunately, the situation escalated quickly, and I didn’t feel I had the support or opportunity to be heard during that period.
While the final few weeks were difficult, they do not define my overall experience. I remain grateful for my time with MITS, and I sincerely wish the company continued success as they expand and support others as they did for me and my family.
