Pros
Excellent work/life balance and a very good working atmosphere. Emplyees are very pleasant to work with and motivated. The activities and event organized by the company are interesting and reflect nice on Microsoft.
Cons
Very little carrer opportunities (team is very small). MIC Brussels often has to manage their budget carefully.
