The only upside is the free haircut for all staffs
Cons
being in the Marketing Department. You have to: - Put up decorations (have to do it after operation hour) - No overtime pay when have to put up the festive decoration after operation hour or work on Sunday (only replacement) - Have to work on festive holidays (to cover & backup the customer service counter)
