Pros
1. Pioneer in Information Security services in India 2. Some former employees were very Senior and mentored junior employees 3. Client base was good for consultants to work in decent projects 4. Education services wing was started by reknown personalities like Avinash Kadam and Vivek Ramachandran and offered nice trainings
Cons
1. Salaries we're delayed beyond 2 months on many occasions 2. Full and final settlement is still not given to many employees despite repeated follow ups and requests. This has caused lot of personal grievance on financial front for many employees most of who have left this company. 3. Education services offered is not internationally recognized so people who did certification program are at disadvantage.
