Good Salary and Good Company environment

Cons

The company doesn’t respect employees’ personal time or weekends. While they don’t require overtime work, they expect everyone to complete mandatory certifications—at least one per year—during their own free time. This adds unnecessary pressure and shows little regard for work-life balance.

Being surrounded by professionals with a high level of expertise is valuable for continuous development. ✅ Infrastructure and Tools: The company provides the essential tools and infrastructure needed to carry out tasks effectively. While basic, they ensure employees can perform their roles without major issues. ✅ Work-Life Balance: Although the workload can be demanding, working hours are respected, allowing for a good balance between work and personal life.
