No MNC Culture No HR Department only 1 girl or max. 2 at a time. No retention policy. Its because of Managing Director is not aware about employee retention he just want growth in terms of sales. Every month minium 5 people left this company from different departments. & new people join. Total strength of the company in india is around 70-80 only. Poor Management - They are not aware about management skills. This company is geting heavy profits what ever they are selling in India minimum 30% & maximum sometimes it goes to 400% profit but when they have to give increment they are giving average of 6% & maximum 10 %. No personal as well as professional growth is available ,you will not learn a single thing after joining this company (actually they work as trader) For sales - Very pathetic company for sales person to work ,don't waste your time in this company. For Marketing - No marketing department they have business development team which is very inexperienced people who normally changes every year. For Internal sales - They dnt have any startegy so best one dey are using means one month you have target another month no target. You have to call customer on daily basis minimum 100 calls in aday. Not a technical company, they don't want any technical person they required only sales person of any background. Every thing is poor in this company which many consultant who are geeting gud payments from them will not tell you. Important thing is they are are not global company or open minded company very bad culture which will surely impact your career if you joined the same.

Environment is very bad. More work with less manpower.
