Pros

1. There used to be good team but it is always changing as people are leaving organization 2. Comp off encashment after every 6 months

Cons

Too many to list here. 1. CEO treat employees as Slave, they do not respect any employee 2. Appraisals are big scams, you will get hike only if there is a dependency on you and you have put resignation 3. Too much of work pressure 4. Work-life balance is zero 5. Had to work on weekends, holidays still no appreciation from senior management. Their attitude is we are paying you you should forget you have the life beyond the office. 6. Zero processes in organization 7. On the go policy-making which will benefit only employer and not employee 8. Layoffs when there is no project
