-Individual driven company and high pressure culture ( with no or worst results)
- Owner loves to get under you skin. Does not trust any body. Changes employment condition of people thrice a year. Highly sadistic, selfish and manipulative. I hope he reads it one day and realize how lowly creature he is.
- Culture flows from the top. All senior management exactly treats their subordinates the same way.
- The job for which you will be hired will be the job you will not be doing. . One gentleman was hired for a different project and he was doing some thing different for the last one year. Another wrote to the board before exiting.
- Annual increment and incentive payments are made as if a favor is being done to you. No one in senior management has got their bonus. When the time comes for payment, they are sacked.
- All management ( if there is any?) happens on whatsapp. Its perfectly alright to ridicule your team on whatsapp. This is all a part of open culture. This is called as open culture.
- Everyone loves to save his own skin, else, he will be in firing line. Very common to find different teams pushing some one else under the bus for their failures. Owner pushes people under the bus in front of external parties, like dealers and vendors.
