This company should be rated as negative but because there are no options ,I have rated it 1.The owners Ben and Pina are very disrespectful to staff and always keep yelling and insulting them .I had a nervous breakdown and had to go into therapy.Pina keeps snooping on the staff and goes through the papers in the employee's absence. They take money from the government after recruiting people from Access Employment but ensure that none of the employee stays above 3 months.They don't pay you for for extra hours and don't give you sick days or personal days off.They deduct salary for sick days and personal days off.Even if you leave a couple of hours early ,they deduct the entire day's salary.
