Pros
Good money and easy work. Flexible scheduling, so you can get almost any time off that you need. Down to earth feel where the customers generally treat you more like family than servers.
Cons
Zero benefits to speak of. Poor communication between coworkers and managers. No system in place to manage distribution of tips or work, so it leads to a lot of disputes, where 9.9 times out of 10 the manager will simply tell you to figure it out yourselves. No room for promotion because all managerial roles are reserved for the owner's kids. Irregular schedules and staffing.
