Pros

I didn’t have a positive experience so I’ll just say they had a PS5 lol

Cons

There was no real communication at this company. On the surface, they spoke a good game — full of rhetoric and enthusiasm — but in practice, it was all talk and very little follow-through. The culture was one of fear. Employees often joked that “everyone is afraid of the CEO, like he’s hiding in the bushes watching.” Making decisions independently was discouraged — I heard more than once that taking initiative could get you fired. That’s not leadership; that’s intimidation. The company also lacked diversity in both people and ideas. They’re operating in a narrow niche industry that’s already showing signs of decline. Insurance companies have begun tightening policy language, making roof replacements harder to approve and far less lucrative. Considering insurance claims are a cornerstone of MLM’s business model, that’s a serious long-term risk. In short, it was a lot of surface-level hype, but not much substance. The kind of environment where control and image mattered more than trust, growth, or sustainability

Pros

Fellow employees were nice. They did have fun social events. But that’s pretty much It.

Cons

They do not care and will fire 3 departments of people at a time. Something shady is going on with the managers and sales people. If you question or even notice that you caught them, you are done. People were booking appointments and management had no one to send to give the estimate. Then the name goes back in the list to call and then confirmation calls or an upper manager and gets the appointment and the commission.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are extremely proud of our company and the successes our employees experienced during such a difficult time in our country. We were able to adapt and continue operations while keeping a large majority employed. This is a feat a lot of companies were unable to accomplish. We truly believe our employees are our largest asset. The past 4 employees who received the "Rising Star" award have all received promotions since the ceremony and continue to thrive within our company. In addition, our managers work diligently to train and provide any resource necessary to ensure their teams successes. When their team has success, they have success, which in turn allows everyone to be aligned with the same goals and work ethic. We are sorry to hear that MLM was not a fit for you and that your experience was not a positive one. If you would like to provide any additional feedback, please reach us offline. We wish you luck in your next position.

Pros

Most of the entry-level employees are nice.

Cons

Always working late, constant talk of quotas, and being bombarded with company propaganda. You don't get breaks or sufficient time to eat lunch, some days even skipping it. You will walk miles talking to people that have no interest in what you're selling, the business model is meant to make it difficult to achieve bonuses. The company advertises a nice chill work environment with lots of parties and events, these don't happen and the work is constant. There are a million easier and more fun ways to make minimum wage. Don't listen to the lies of the hiring managers they give false promises, from telling people who drive across the state the office they were hired to work at will open soon (then delaying it repeatedly). From telling people turnover rates are low when I personally saw multiple people quit in the first week. You are treated like cattle and every second you're not going door to door you're having company rhetoric shoved in your face. Believe me even Mcdonald's is better than this. You will be shoved into a smelly van with blaring music, cramped in with other people, dumped off on the side of the road and left there for 6 hours at a time, and you will constantly be harrassed about how many houses you hit, and how many leads you generate.

Thank you for your feedback. As you've experienced with MLM, we are in a period of fast growth and are always looking for ways to be better. We are disappointed to hear about your negative experience with the day to day responsibilities of the position. The office delays and events that are now held virtually are unfortunately a result of the world during COVID-19, and we hope to get back to our in person events as soon as it is safe to do so. Thank you for leaving an honest review and good luck in your next position!
