      Pros

      Strong, innovative and aggressive banking team. Developed new products and raised capital for clients very well. Definitely punched above their weight class.

      Cons

      No managerial skills whatsoever. Hired haphazardly and over built employee base resulting in accordion build-out followed by mass layoffs. In addition, managers spent money in a profligate fashion, irregardless of the relative benefits or implications for more needed projects.

      Revolving door employment practices combined with absurdly T&E expenses.

      Pros

      Friendly place to work within certain departments. Also very willing to provide resources as needed.

      Cons

      Senior mgmt massively abusing the firm's corporate expense policy. Hard working employees suffer financially as a result.

      Cons

      Please do not leave your job to come here. Seek better opportunities. The layoffs happen and they happen often (every two months). It's a house of gatsby with parties, travel, hangouts and fun- but? But at the cost of hardworking employees who are trying to make a living and are let go.
