Great people world wide, work is diverse and very much bespoke to each customer meaning work is always fresh, flexible working is great and if you keep your head down and have a good work ethic it’s a great place to work. Very understanding management that help both at work and outside of work with family commitments, people come first, if you show that you’re here to stay and have MMD’s best interest at heart you’ll be looked after.
Cons
Travel required so are away from your family/friends at times but generally isn’t an issue. Sometimes there’s very tight deadlines which can be stressful but it does pull the team together. otherwise it’s great.
