Learning here happens more through real work than just formal training, which I really appreciated. Being involved in live projects helped me understand how things actually work in real business situations. There’s a lot of learning by doing, and seniors are approachable whenever guidance is needed. Overall, it’s a good environment for anyone who wants to grow, take responsibility, and learn through hands-on experience.
