Pros

I’m so thankful to have landed with MN Pets as a Support Specialist. The job is rewarding and the management keeps everyone feeling inspired about the work we do. Working from home is a nice bonus but there’s also a great culture where everyone feels connected and supported.

Cons

The nature of the work can feel emotionally heavy at times.

Pros

One of the most supportive and flexible workplaces I've had. Management cares and sees you as a human, fair and supportive. Work-from-home position, good benefits. Fun place to work and formed many friendships. Provides a lot of ongoing training. Clients are kind and grateful.

Cons

The work can be emotionally heavy, some shifts can be really busy.

Pros

Allows me to develop deep connections with pet owners, helping them navigate difficult decisions using my veterinary skills. I'm able to make a genuine difference in the lives of pets and their families. Gives great sense of purpose and satisfaction in my work!

Cons

Emotional and involves consistently confronting the loss and grief by pet owners and caregivers. Requires good coping mechanisms to manage feelings.
