      Pros

      Many great workers putting there neck out for this company to keep it afloat.

      Cons

      Managers don’t really care, atleast within my. team. The team manager was abusive with such a disgusting atittude towards staff just looking for someone to always blame and rip apart even for issues completely unassociated with certain people and there was never anyone looking over what he was doing. They focus on hiring non confident ‘yes men’ who will never question anything or speak up if something is wrong so they’re safe.

      There really aren't any positives left! Used to be a great place unfortunately no longer!!!

      Unrealistic expectations, Top Heavy, Forced culture, Out of touch with employees, Uncompetitive salaries. Realistically too many to list

      Pros

      I wish there was one.

      Cons

      It was once a great company with some of the best technical engineers in the industry but all of those staff have now left. It's now very top heavy with an overbloated marketing, HR and Culture team. This has lead too enormous pressure being placed on the billable engineers to bill as much as they can to the point where bringing a T&M project under budget is frowned upon.
