good company with good management

To start, this companies foundation is based off of their family oriented mindset. CEO started this company from scratch and has led this company to compete with top companies and businesses that have been around for decades. I've learned and grown so much the past several months and I don't ever see myself leaving this company. The loans are challenging here, and it's nothing like any other mortgage company out there. However, the challenges are ones that are bearable as long as you apply yourself and really focus and stay attentive. As long as you are ambitious and hard working, the company recognizes you for your achievements and will ultimately reward you. This company helps borrower's who have struggled in the past due to the market crash to uplift their hopes once again to be able to purchase a home and call something their own again. This is such a positive workplace and I will truly be grateful for an opportunity like this. Management will always look out for you and your best interest as long as you continue to persevere within the company. Only changes that occur are positive ones that will only do good for the company and all its personnel. Everyone works as a team, and once one person drops the ball, everyone else will step in and do their part to pick things back up to make things happen. I couldn't be happier with my experience here, and I have a long term vision with this company. Highly recommended to apply to either become an employee or applicant to purchase a home through this company. We had our best month just last month by getting around 70-80 loans purchased in a single month!
