      - Free catered lunch - Hybrid - Some nice and competent co-workers

      Cons

      - Way too many managers, not enough 'doers - Incredible amount of turnover due to management's toxicity - Compensation unevenly distributed across similar roles with similar responsibilities - Place feels like working in a bunch of separate companies - Lots of internal politics and power struggles

      - Chill work life balance - Lunch provided

      - No customers, lack of traction (No active users) - Large disconnect between leadership and employees: disgruntled workplace - Ran like a corporation with multiple "Chief" level executives when there's no product market fit yet - Everyone is sad due to poor leadership and the fact that all the work you do doesn't amount to anything (No one to use the product) - Constantly pivoting and hoping something works; which means what you are currently working on may be for nothing
