Exciting industry segment with what should be very good income potential. Great team of people supporting the product.

Cons

Micro-managed environment where the owner of the company is mistrustful and suspicious of employees. This environment fosters fear and intimidation if you "cross" the owner or challenge him in any way. I have personally observed the owner dressing down employees because they spoke their minds and told him the truth as they saw it. This creates and perpetuates a toxic work environment.

MPC has an amazing mission that everyone in the company takes pride in and is proud to be a part of. There is a strong team environment where people are willing to jump in and help you whenever needed. The pay is very competitive for the industry.
