      Imprudent Management !

      Pros

      The job itself ! The students are amazing ! There are some good management staff working their , doing their jobs to the tea and assisting the language consultants efficiently. Unfortunately certain members of management give the Company a bad name . I love my job and I enjoy teaching very much .

      Cons

      I will not let the terrible behaviour of management bring me down .Poor management brings shame to the company , truly.
