Toxic, Unsupportive, Boring, Negative - Work here only if you are desperate

Pros
- You get to work from home 5 days a week so you can save your soul from the negativity. - The pay was on par with other jobs of its type - Bonuses if the business is making a profit - Team building day every 3 months (though it is not that exciting)
Cons
- Toxic admin management - Indirect persecution of staff from admin management - The amount of negativity from the admin management and 1 of the directors is diabolically bad. - Business owners (directors) are not compassionate or caring - Poor processes and those created are not documented then management changes these and persecutes staff for not following the process. Very bad! - Admin staff are not used to their full potential no matter how often an offer is made to assist. - The company can struggle to make payroll due to poor invoicing processes. - Not a place for a young engineer to work, no prospect of career advancement. - There are absolutely no perks of value for employees.
